This year's campaign theme underscores the crucial role of inclusion in achieving gender equality. It calls for action to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create environments where all women are valued and respected. Inspire Inclusion encourages everyone to recognize the unique perspectives and contributions of women from all walks of life, including those from marginalized communities.
A key takeaway from Hats and Heels this year, is remembering, not only to celebrate the women who are strong, empowered and breaking glass ceilings, but also the women who clean the glass from the floor. We pave the way forward, working for the betterment of our communities, but with a profound task of sharing and taking other women, who may not have the privileges afforded to us, with us.

Remember that we all play a vital role in the journey we are writing. Inspiring inclusion, especially in decision making roles, we must ensure that the underrepresented groups have a voice in the outcome.
