Big chapter of growth for me, and I'm here for it🫶

I’ve been really investing in my education, leveling up my skills, learning new techniques, business, and reconnecting with why I fell in love with hairdressing in the first place.

There’s a lot people don’t see behind the scenes of running a solo salon. You’re wearing every hat — business owner, marketer, bookkeeper, and still the one on the floor every day. On top of being a mum and managing your children's life.

Sometimes you just need to invest in yourself and navigate new pathways forward.

There’s something so energizing about being able to new things again, even after years behind the chair.

It’s meant backing myself, challenging myself, and stepping into the uncomfortable, leaning into what I actually think I’m capable of and choosing where I want to go from here.

And the best part?

I get to do it alongside a good friend and former co worker.
Having someone who already knows your journey, who pushes you and celebrates with you, makes every class feel less like “work” and more like remembering what got us excited about our craft in the first place.

Grateful for this chapter — more learning, more creativity, more inspiration to bring back to my clients.

When clients ask for personalised hair product recommendations, and then purchase the products elsewhere.

We completely understand wanting to shop around, I get it price of living is crazy trust me , but it’s important to recognise that product recommendations aren’t just a casual suggestion.

They are part of the professional service.

As a salon, i invest in good quality basin stock & retail so you can get the most out of your service and best results outside the salon.

Every recommendation comes from a detailed analysis of your hair—its condition, history, texture, and your goals. That knowledge is built through training, experience, and time spent with you in the chair.

When you ask what’s best for your hair, receive that tailored advice, and then take pictures , purchase elsewhere, it impact us and definitely small business.

No supermarket or chemist can give you advice, they did not study hair or scalp health for years.

Those recommendations are not separate from the service—they are a valuable part of it.

If price is a concern, please feel comfortable having that conversation. I'm always happy to suggest an alternative.

Leaving school at 15 to chase a hairdressing dream. I carried more doubt than belief.

But I didn’t give up.
