Wild Sauna at The Brae returns from Sunday 26 July until Sunday 30 August.

Nestled amongst towering eucalyptus trees, with nothing but birdsong overhead and the gentle sound of the creek flowing beside you, this is sauna as nature intended.

Step out into the crisp winter air, breathe deeply, feel the warmth of the fire on your skin, and reconnect with the simple ritual of heat, cold and stillness. It’s an experience that slows you down, grounds you, and leaves you feeling completely renewed.

As much as we’ve enjoyed a little break, we’re already counting down the days until we’re back doing what we love most. We can’t wait to share the heat, the ocean and the magic with you again.
