More often than not I see clients that apologise for their bodies... women embarrassed of how they look, thinking that this is something that is going to bother me.

I know a lot of clients dont even book an appointment because of this or because they dont think they deserve to time and space in this way.

I have watched a lot of women in my mother's generation and older think self care belongs to the wealthy and to purchase luxury you must also look like it yourself.

Let me tell you...

I dont care what your body looks like, if you carry extra weight or you forgot to shave your legs.

I dont care if your hair is a mess or you had no energy to put effort into how you look.

I do care that you are choosing your self care, each time you do you are showing yourself and people that you are worth it. If you have children you are showing them that there is no shame in doing what is necessary to feel better and more present.

I do care that that brave decision you make to see me for the first time, not knowing how it will turn out...will be the beginning of that cog wheel of self love and connection to turn.

I love what I do but what I love even more is the beauty it evokes in people... the softness I see not only in the body but in the person.

There is no magic fix, i am not a healer... I facilitate and give your body the support and care it needs to begin to heal itself. I allow the mind to drop into a state of rest and repair.

Please never feel the need to apologise... it is a privilege to be in a position to do what I do and a blessing to see when you are ready to recieve.
