We are delighted to introduce Camille Agullana to our Sanctuary community 🍃

Offering Remedial, Sports, Relaxation massage and Trigger Point therapy, she possesses a fresh understanding of modern remedial techniques, soft tissue dysfunction and client assessment.

Here are a few words from the lovely lady herself-

“Hi, I’m Camille! I’m so happy to be joining The Sanctuary team, and to be practicing in the Hove community where I grew up.

I found my way to massage therapy after years in hospitality and a sudden injury. Completing my diploma in remedial massage while navigating rehabilitation gave me a renewed appreciation for all our bodies do, and their unique design. I centre my practice around listening to each person’s story to create treatments that support your goals of greater mobility, recovery, deep rest and overall wellbeing.

I am committed to continuing my education and expanding into modalities like manual lymphatic drainage in the near future. When I’m not at work you’ll find me hunting for good food, enjoying nature and dabbling in tarot. I can’t wait to hear your story and welcome you to your ‘table for one’

Camille will be working at The Sanctuary on Fridays and Saturdays and looks forward to treating you soon!

Meet LUCIE SCHRAPEL ✨

We’re excited to introduce our newest Remedial Massage Therapist who will be joining our team on a Friday and occasional Saturdays from next week.

We are still waiting on her provider numbers to arrive at our clinic (hopefully not too far away!) but in the meantime she’s ready to treat those with gift vouchers or who are not fussed about claiming.

“I’m an underground truck driver with a passion for helping people find balance in body, mind and soul.

After years of living in survival mode, burnout and pushing through life, I found my way back to myself through movement, nature, connection and the healing power of touch.

Today, I help people reconnect with their bodies@through Remedial massage, intuitive touch and Yin yoga. My approach is gentle yet effective supporting the nervous system regulation and a deeper sense of balance.

When I’m not in the clinic, you will usually find me exploring nature, at a local winery, spending time with my dog or creating art.”

The focus of Skyla’s massages is on soothing the body and mental relaxation. She can use light, medium and firm pressure depending on how you present on the day. And our calming and safe atmosphere promotes a sense of peace, clarity and emotional balance.

Introducing SKYLA DELANEY 🍃

Our newest team member is a Relaxation massage therapist who is currently studying a Diploma in Remedial massage.

She is a mum of 3 busy kids and has been visiting The Sanctuary at Hove for treatment since its inception in 2007.

Here are a few words from Skyla:-

“My Sanctuary experience and the many benefits I have gained from massage over the years has inspired me to follow this new rewarding path.

I have always wanted to help people relax in stressful situations, feel safe and find a state of peace. I have done this with my friendships and conversations but now I get to do it with my heart and hands.

My diploma is not far away! So for now I can soothe any stressed mind and body, using the pressure you prefer, with a relaxation massage in the beautiful setting of The Sanctuary at Hove.”

Skyla will be joining us on a Thursday and Friday starting on the 19th March and as an introductory offer we would like to offer $10 off your first 1 hour massage. (Ends 19th April)

Big congratulations to our RMT and Pregnancy specialist .massage who will be furthering her passions and embarking on her Midwifery degree this year.

Having children of her own and becoming a qualified doula has sparked her interest in helping mummas-to-be and new mumma’s throughout their journey.

She will continue her massage services at The Sanctuary whilst studying but some months may look a little different as she navigates some of the more intensive courses.
