Fellas - we gotta talk. Because we’re so used to just keeping things to ourselves and it’s (quite literally) killing us.

There’s still a huge stigma around getting help for a lot of us- the uncomfortable feeling of being judged or looking weak….. this is however - so far from the truth because having emotional strength allows for a better flow of life in so many ways.

So if you’re starting to head down a dark path in life and need to reach out, I’d love to provide a safe space - and if you need other avenues for help, there are options.

How to get involved-
There’ll be a registry in the cafe (ask staff) where you can put down your name and phone number.

There is no cost - just your time and inner strength.

Online Bookings Now Available

I posted in my stories the other day that I have finally bitten the bullet and opened up online bookings for all.

I hope that this step can take some of the load off my shoulders and it makes it more convenient for you to book.

If you are a current client you can ask me for your booking link so it links up with your current client file. If your a new client the booking link can be found in bio.

I will be managing this very closely and if get too many no shows or weirdo’s I will shut it down again.

Running a small business can feel like you’re doing it all on your own… until you realise how many people have quietly been cheering you on.

To my family, friends, and clients who have shared my business, recommended me, or simply spoken kindly about what I do, Thank You. I genuinely wouldn’t be here without you.

School Holidays are almost over and I still have some availability tomorrow, perfect time to get your young athlete in or maybe you need a break from the kids.

Price Update – Effective 1st September 2026

Earlier this year I mentioned I would be holding off on any price increases despite rising business costs to keep care as accessible as possible.

After continuing to absorb those costs over recent months, a modest adjustment will now take effect from 1st September.

New rates:
• 30 min → $63
• 45 min → $80
• 60 min → $99
• 90 min → $132

For my current clients experiencing genuine financial difficulty, please speak with me directly so we can look at options where needed.
