Delicate elbow mandala from today….part of a sleeve in progress. Now this piece is done, we start on the background next session 🙏✨
My kind of therapy…well one of them. Walks in nature…getting some sunshine…all with my Ameos hat!!! My lovely friend has created these amazing ponytail hats to support her endo journey, but also every woman’s endo journey! Go check them out and support her and women with endometriosis ✨🙏🥰

Did you know the death moth symbolises both macabre and spiritual rebirth?…it’s metaphoric life cycle makes it an emblem of transformation, guiding you through darkness to the light. Either way, was a fun way to start the new week…and also a healed pic of a book stack we tattooed a little while ago 🙏✨🥰
