Muscle and Physical Benefits
Warms tissues: Infrared heat penetrates deep into muscle fibers, making them pliable and easy to work with.
Relieves stiffness: It helps break down stubborn tension, knots, and joint stiffness before bodywork.
Boosts blood flow: Dilates blood vessels and increases circulation, mimicking light physical activity and delivering oxygen to muscles.Mental and Session Benefits
Deepens relaxation: Calms the nervous system so you transition out of daily stress before your session begins.
Maximises therapy time:
Allows your practitioner to focus immediately on therapeutic work rather than spending time warming up your body on the table.
Improves overall outcomes: Prepares the physical and mental state for a deeper, more effective massage, healing or movement class.

“Macks Massage” is honoured to host space for “Elodie Light Language” who delivers her magic from our premises.
I, Mack have recently received the healing of a Japanese head spa treatment from Elodie.
It is more than a head-spa.
Here is my review and testimony.
