Easter is around the corner… how’s your body feeling?

With the Easter long weekend coming up (April 3rd–6th), we know life can get a little fuller — travel, family time, long drives, extra movement (or maybe extra time on the couch 😉).

Dr Cass will be back in Albury from March 30th – April 28th, alongside Dr Cat, Dr Kesh, Nia, and Vicki, with availabilities open to support you both before and after the long weekend.
