The secret to a longer lasting, even tan isn’t just the application, it’s how you prepare your skin and care for it afterwards.

Hydrated skin = a longer lasting glow

When your skin becomes dry, your tan can fade unevenly and appear patchy.

Once you’ve rinsed off your tan as directed, moisturise daily with a gentle, hydrating lotion to help maintain that beautiful, even colour. To get even longer out of your tan, try our tan extender.

The perfect tan starts before your appointment ✨

Exfoliating 24–48 hours beforehand helps remove dead skin cells, creating a smoother canvas for your spray tan. All hair removal, waxing or shaving is ideally done at least 48 hours before, no sooner

Avoid applying moisturiser, deodorant, perfume or oils immediately before your appointment, as these can interfere with an even application. We recommend leaving a couple of hours between showering and your spray tan appointment. This allows your skin time to cool down, dry completely and settle, especially after a hot shower, helping to achieve a smoother, more even application.

Love a steaming hot shower? Your spray tan might not. 🚿

Long, hot showers can dry out your skin and contribute to your tan fading faster.

Opt for shorter, lukewarm showers, avoid excessive scrubbing and gently pat your skin dry afterwards.

Harsh cleansers and exfoliating ingredients can speed up the removal of your tan as your skin naturally sheds.

Choose a gentle, hydrating, non exfoliating body wash to help keep your colour looking smooth and even for longer
