Yoga is not the shapes we practice on our mat, they are simply a means to an end. Yoga is the awareness cultivated within them. The breath that anchors us in the present moment, the ability to witness our thoughts without becoming entangled in them, the willingness to soften where we once resisted.
It is the practice of returning to ourselves, again and again.
The postures prepare the body, but yoga transforms the way we move through life. How we respond to challenge, how we speak to ourselves, how we connect with others.
Yoga is not something we achieve.
It is a lifelong journey of remembering who we truly are beneath the noise, the roles and the expectations, the pose is not the destination, presence is
✨ Sacred Sunday Reset ✨
Kakow, candlelight and the voice.
Join me for a nourishing evening of Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra, a gentle ritual of deep rest designed to soften the edges of the week and create space for the one ahead.
Yin Yoga invites us into stillness. Through long-held, passive postures, we gently work with the fascia, meridians and deeper connective tissues of the body. As the physical body begins to release, the nervous system is given permission to downshift, allowing prana to move more freely and restoring balance where life may have felt rushed, depleted or stagnant.
From there, we settle into the practice of Yoga Nidra. Often called yogic sleep, Nidra guides us into a state between waking and sleeping where the body rests deeply while awareness remains present. It is here that we can access profound restoration, quiet the fluctuations of the mind and reconnect with the spaciousness that exists beneath our thoughts.
Our evening will begin with ceremonial Kakow, a heart-opening plant medicine that has been honoured for centuries in sacred ritual. Kakow invites us to soften, to listen and to connect more deeply with ourselves. It encourages a gentle expansion of the heart centre, supporting presence, gratitude and inner reflection.
Together, these practices create a beautiful opportunity to slow down, replenish your energy and return home to yourself.
✨ Leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected.

Child’s Pose may look simple, but its effects on the nervous system can be profound.
The gentle folding of the body creates a sense of safety and containment, encouraging the nervous system to soften its grip. As the forehead rests on the mat and the breath slows, the body receives a message that it can let go of vigilance, even if only for a few moments.
This is why Child’s Pose often feels like coming home to yourself

In yogic tradition, Savasana is a sacred pause. A time to integrate the practice, settle the fluctuations of the mind, and simply be.
When offered with consent and intention, touch during Savasana can become an extension of the practice. A gentle reminder to surrender, to soften, and to return to the present moment.
More than physical contact, intentional touch carries prana. It is an offering of grounding, connection, and support as the body rests and the energy body receives.
In stillness, we create space. In touch, we remember we are held.
✨ Om Shanti Shanti Shanti ✨
By chanting, Shanti… Shanti… Shanti…
we are calling for peace in all three realms.
The first Shanti is for the peace we seek within ourselves.
The second Shanti is for peace in our relationships and the world around us.
The third Shanti is for peace in the unknown, the unseen, and all that is beyond our control.
May there be peace within, peace around, and peace beyond.
Shanti, Shanti, Shanti. 🌙✨🪶

Before I even touched down in Bali, I was drawn to Mt Agung. Not with my mind, but with something deeper. A quiet calling. A connection I couldn’t explain.
She stood watch over me day and night, a constant presence. There was a feeling of being held, guided, witnessed.
Over the years, I have learned to trust the whispers that arrive before understanding. To trust the teachings of my shamanic path and the wisdom that moves beyond words.
Mt Agung called to me, and I listened. Now she has found her place in my Mesa, joining the sacred allies and teachers that walk beside me. A reminder of strength, devotion, presence, and the power that comes from standing firmly rooted while remaining deeply connected to Spirit.
Some connections cannot be explained. They are simply remembered.

For every beginning, there is an ending.
Life is not a straight line but a series of transitions, constant invitations to let go, soften, and become.
The space between what was and what will be can feel uncertain, yet it is here that transformation takes place. In this sacred in-between, we shed old skins, release old stories, and make space for something new to emerge.
Honour the transition.
Trust the unfolding.
You are not lost; you are becoming.
Intentional touch communicates something words often cannot;
You are safe.
You can rest now.
As the nervous system settles, the breath deepens. As the breath deepens, prana begins to flow more freely. What was stagnant begins to move. What was contracted begins to soften. What was depleted begins to replenish.
This week I find myself receiving the very medicine I so freely offer others. It’s reminded me that massage is not simply a physical practice. It is a sacred pause. A moment to reconnect with the subtle currents of energy that move through us and sustain us.
A remembering.
That healing doesn’t always come from doing more.
Sometimes it arrives in the exhale.
In the stillness.
In the willingness to receive.

When touch is offered with presence, it nourishes not only the body, but the flow of prana that gives life to it.
“Lengthen your spine.”
It’s a cue often heard in yoga classes, but what does it actually mean?
Spinal length isn’t about forcing yourself taller or creating rigidity. It’s about creating space. Space between the vertebrae. Space for the breath to move more freely. Space for the body to find ease within a shape.
When we focus on spinal length, we encourage the natural curves of the spine to be supported rather than compressed. The crown of the head reaches forward or upward, the tailbone gently roots down, and the body finds a sense of expansion.
This elongation can help improve posture, reduce unnecessary tension, and bring greater awareness to how we move and hold ourselves.
The beauty of spinal length is that it isn’t something we achieve, it’s something we explore. A subtle invitation to create space, breathe deeply, and move with intention
