Hydration = adding water to the skin. Hydrating ingredients help increase the skin's water content, making it look plumper and feel more comfortable.
Common hydrating ingredients: hyaluronic acid, glycerin, panthenol, aloe vera, beta-glucan.
Moisturising = locking that hydration in and reducing water loss. Moisturisers strengthen the skin barrier and keep skin soft and smooth.
