There are plenty of cancellation policies we accept without really thinking twice about them.

Flights. Restaurants. Classes. Hotels. Appointments.

And yet when something genuinely unexpected happens, losing a deposit can understandably feel frustrating.

We get that.

Our cancellation policy isn’t there to decide whether your reason for cancelling is valid. Life happens, and sometimes plans have to change.

It exists because when you book with us, we reserve that time specifically for you. For some of our colour and extension services, that can mean several hours of a stylist’s day.

With enough notice, we have the opportunity to offer that appointment to another woman. With a late cancellation or no-show, we often don’t.

Having one consistent policy allows us to protect our team, their time and our small business while continuing to give every client the personalised experience we want RYH to be known for.

And we’re always incredibly grateful for your understanding.

Sometimes the hardest part about changes in your hair is not understanding why they’re happening.

You may have lost weight months ago, be feeling great in yourself, and only now start noticing more hair in the shower, a smaller ponytail or that your hair simply doesn’t feel as full as it used to.

And because the timing feels disconnected, it can be difficult to know where to start.

For us, the answer is never to simply add more hair.

We want to understand what has changed, what your hair is doing now and what may need further investigation before we recommend anything.

Sometimes that means speaking with your GP first. Sometimes it means giving your hair time. And sometimes, when your hair is ready and it’s appropriate, we can create a personalised plan to help you feel more like yourself again.

Because each woman is individual, and her hair plan should be too.
