Owner David Pollard, has over 20 years experience and has worked with the likes of Vidal Sasson in London. D'Ash has recieved numerous awards in the prestigious L'Oreal Colour Trophy and earlier this year ran fourth in Australia for the L'Oreal super stylists competition

David has decades of experience, internationally trained and has a career that's reached all areas of the industry. David's experience in business and hair will be valuable to your ongoing development and career.
Our perfect applicant is:
- A skilled all rounder.
- Well presented and professional.
- Good conversationalist.
- 7+ years industry experience.
- Atleast 2+ years in management.
- A desire to support the growth of the business.
- The ability to implement their own flair, ideas and experience to support the strategic growth of the business.
- Will be able to demonstrate their work.
Desired but not essential:
- A database of existing clients.
- Previous salon owners.
