Iโve been walking so much lately, I find walking truely is the most underrated form of exercise! And wow is it good for your mental health too โจ
Most of the time my aftercare advice to my clients is โmove moreโ and lots of people think this means smashing out intense HIIT training but honestly sometimes a long walk is just what your muscles need ๐ค
