I am pretty pumped to have jumped back into competition season with last weekend 🕺🏼

You can’t help but leaving these competitions feeling WELL exhausted 😮‍💨 BUT with a huge side of inspired from the contagious energy that fills these shows. For whatever personal reasons, these competitors challenge themselves and show up for themselves; sometimes for years leading up to these competitions

So being at the last step of their journey, helping all their hard work come into fruition is something I take so much pride in. Maybe I’m a sucker for instant gratification but watching this many women “feel” themselves after the team have all finished glamming them up, is enough of a dopamine fix to have me addicted 😝 ❤️‍🔥
