When a client starts experiencing lifting, it's easy to focus on prep, products, or application. But sometimes the answer is much bigger than that. When gathering information, consider asking about: • recent medication changes • hormonal changes • pregnancy/postpartum • major lifestyle changes • health changes The goal isn't to diagnose anything. It's to gather information and understand whether something external may be affecting the nail. The more information you have, the easier it becomes to determine whether you're dealing with a product issue, an application issue, or something entirely different.
