保護每一位顧客, 尤其是未成年人的隱私、人身安全與心理健康, 是我們的基本底線與法律職責!
⚖️ 為了保障所有顧客能在一個安全、受尊重的環境中享受服務，我們根據澳大利亞相關法律法規，在此鄭重重申以下核心原則與堅決態度 — —
1. 嚴格保護顧客隱私, 絕不妥協
根據**澳大利亞《1988年隱私法》（Privacy Act 1988）**及國家隱私原則（NPPs）, 我們對所有顧客（包括合作模特、日常消費者）的個人敏感信息（如姓名、電話、家庭地址、社交賬號等）實施最高級別的保密管理。
我們過去、現在和未來，依法絕不會向任何第三方透露其他顧客的隱私信息。 任何試圖強行索要他人信息、企圖線上/線下“對峙”或騷擾的行為，我們均嚴詞拒絕，並視為對信息安全的蓄意侵害。

2. 依法拒絕服務（Right to Refuse Service）
根據**《澳洲消費者法》（Australian Consumer Law - ACL）的官方營商指引, 商家在不涉及非法歧視的前提下, 完全擁有拒絕為破壞店內秩序、表現出攻擊性或不當行為的顧客提供服務**的合法權利.
對於在店內無故接近、試圖索要未成年人聯繫方式, 或對其他顧客及我們的合作模特發表言語侮辱、歧視性言論的極個別人員, 我們有權依據 ACL 指引, 單方面即刻終止其服務合同, 並將其列入永久黑名單, 且不接受任何形式的無理辯解.

3. 履行保護員工與模特的法律義務
根據**《工作健康與安全法》（Work Health and Safety Act）**. 作為雇主與商業經營者, 我們負有最高等級的“謹慎責任”（Duty of Care）, 必須確保員工、模特以及所有在店人員免受任何形式的身體及心理健康侵害（包括第三方騷擾和歧視言論）.
任何在店內對我們員工及合作模特進行言語霸凌、歧視，甚至在事後試圖索要其個人信息進行私人糾纏的行為，已直接觸犯 WHS 法規關於職場安全的紅線。我們必將動用法律手段，堅決捍衛團隊的人身安全與尊嚴！

4. 涉及未成年人安全，直接報警
澳大利亞，**兒童與青少年保護（Child Protection）**是全社會最嚴厲的法律紅線之一。任何成年人對未成年人表現出不當的接近意圖、跨越社交邊界的索要地址/電話行為，均極有可能涉嫌觸犯兒童保護及相關刑法。

⚠️ 我們對此類行為實行絕對的“零容忍”. 一旦發現任何針對未成年客人的滋擾苗頭, 我們不會進行任何內部調解, 並立即通報澳洲警方（Police）及兒童保護相關機構, 絕不姑息！
