Just because I work from home doesn't always mean I'm available.

It doesn't mean I can fit you in tomorrow, squeeze you in between appointments, or see you earlier than your scheduled appointment. My diary is carefully planned, and the time between clients is used for cleaning, setting up, admin, and preparing for the next appointment.

I also work another job, have a family, and have commitments outside of my business. While I absolutely love what I do, I'm not available at all hours of the day, and I kindly ask that my appointment times and business hours are respected.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you need an appointment, I always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
