A wonderful night of celebration at the 2025–26 bet365 Country Racing Victoria Awards 🏇✨

Whilst we didn’t take home the win in the Kelly Sports Event of the Year category, we’re incredibly proud to have Benalla Racing Club recognised amongst a field of exceptional racing events delivered by clubs right across the state.

A huge congratulations to all of the finalists and winners and to our incredible team who work tirelessly behind the scenes to deliver events our community can be proud of.

at Benalla Racing Club 🏇

🌧️ Putting our new infrastructure to the test!

Benalla has certainly been put through its paces, with an enormous amount of rain falling recently, including over 50mm at the track.

And the results have been incredibly encouraging.

The new drains, particularly along the home straight, are working beautifully and helping keep the track in great shape despite the challenging conditions👏

It’s a fantastic result for our club and a really positive sign of the value of the investment that has gone into improving the track for our horses, participants and race days 🫶🏻
