Time for a well-overdue update 💬

To begin, I want to express my sincere gratitude to all my clients. Your continued support and loyalty mean the world to me and have allowed me to turn my dream into a reality.
As many of you know, I have been navigating some challenges with my health and personal life. During this time, I acknowledge that I haven’t prioritized Psychadelic Hair Salon as I should have, and certain aspects of my business have been neglected. Unfortunately, this has taken a toll on my mental health. I also need to recognize that I am living with an autoimmune disease that comes with an extensive list of symptoms, which can be triggered by many factors at any time.

As I continue adjusting to my new "normal" while remaining dedicated to serving all of you, I also need to prioritize my well-being to ensure I can continue hairdressing for the long term. With this in mind, I will be making necessary adjustments to my business and setting clearer boundaries.

I truly value the relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years and appreciate the trust you place in me. However, I kindly ask for your understanding that while I love creating a welcoming space, the lines of my role as a hairdresser have become blurred, and I need to maintain a healthier balance. As a solo business owner, my time and energy are essential to running my business efficiently and effectively. I appreciate your respect and support so I can continue providing the best service possible to each of you.

▪️Pricing Update▪️
First and foremost, I will be implementing a price increase, effective immediately. Over the past two years, my business has absorbed multiple increases in product and utility costs. Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable, making a price adjustment necessary.
Over the next few days, I will be updating existing appointments. Please keep an eye out for an email from Fresha (my booking system), which will include the updated pricing for your upcoming appointments. Prices will be subject to variation based on time and product usage. I understand this change may not work for everyone, and if you need to reschedule or cancel, please feel free to reach out so we can discuss it.
Additionally, I’d like to clarify that full payment is required on the day of your appointment—I do not accept pre-payments.

I will be updating and refining salon policies and procedures over the coming weeks to ensure a smoother experience for everyone. I’ll share these updates as they are finalized.
