So what’s in the BOGO Box?
In the words of Jessie Reimers:

🌲Cedarwood, known for its warm, woody, scent, these trees grow up to 100 feet tall, you can feel it’s size and strength and how grounding and protective it is. Cedarwood is amazing for calming and deep sleep. Try applying a drop or two to the underside of your big toe- the reflexology point for your brain. Diffuse by your bed. It also has natural repellent properties.

Emotionally Cedarwood is the oil of Community. Cedarwood reminds you of the gifts of letting the humans into your heart.

In many cultures, people have gathered around a cedar tree, or in buildings constructed from cedarwood.

Cedarwood reminds you of the absolute magic of the physical, human, reality. To stop any flighty, ungrounded escape hatches. And to really be here, on planet earth, two feet on the ground, experiencing all of the magic life has to offer.

🌺 Citrus Bloom is a blend of Wild Orange, Grapefruit, Lavender, Roman Chamomile and Magnolia essential oils. Beautifully uplifting with the citruses + emotionally supportive with the florals. A great one to pop in the diffuser first thing in the morning for a joyful, creative start to the day. Diffuse it in your office/at your desk to support creativity and abundance.

🌼 Lemon Myrtle is native to the East Coast of Australia and has long been used by First Nations people in food and for its healing properties.

Lemon Myrtle is very cleansing. Diffuse it or add it to a spray bottle to purify the air and clear dense energy.

It also makes a great cleaner. Add to a spray bottle with wild orange or lemon and a dash of vinegar for a natural surface spray that will leave your home naturally clean and smelling divine.

🪵 Copaiba is derived from the resin of the Copaiba tree found in South America.

I take a drop or two under my tongue daily as this sublingual method of delivery means that it enters my blood stream super fast for the effective delivery of the main component of Copaiba , β-caryophyllene or BCP. Which is an irregular cannabinoid and sesquiterpene. Though it does not have a psychoactive high like cannabis (and therefore will not show up on a drug test or make you high) allowing you to stay present and focussed in your day while giving incredible nervous system support. It is also neuroprotective and may have cardiovascular and immune benefits when consumed. It’s also a powerful antioxidant that promotes immune health and is amazing for your gums and oral health!

Copaiba binds to your CB2 receptors and acts as a major regulator of human health and supports healthy digestive and brain function.

Copaiba is also antispasmodic and very soothing for the muscles and gut.

💆‍♀️ Calmer restful blend is a beautiful blend of Lavender, Cananga, Buddha Wood & Roman Chamomile.

🧞Lavender Roll On- keep this one on you always! Lavender is extremely soothing and calming for the skin. Great for after sun care or as a natural first aid oil. If you get bitten by a mosquito, ant, sand fly or stung by a bee etc apply lavender straight away. Lavender helps immediately soothe the sting and removes the redness + acts as a powerful, natural antihistamine. If you ever burn yourself immediately apply lavender. Plus lavender is calming and soothing emotionally. Roll on before bed.

💁‍♀️ Grapefruit is beautifully uplifting and energising. Pop in the diffuser + add a drop to a glass of water. It also boosts the metabolism and emotionally is the oil of honouring the body.

Try mixing Wild Orange, Patchouli and Ginger and breathing together to support you to powerfully manifest.

🍋 Lemon! Soothe an irritated throat, layer Frankincense and Lemon over the throat area or take a drop of Lemon in a small amount of raw honey (not suitable for children under 1).

Diffuse lemon to neutralise odours. Got a house full of stinky boys? Lemon is your friend. You can also use a few drops on cotton wool balls and place in your fridge, in shoes, wherever you want to get rid of nasty smells.

Lemon, like all citrus oils, is very uplifting and also promotes positive mood and cognitive ability, a great one to diffuse at your desk. You could also add a drop or two of the SuperMint to keep you alert.

Flavour boost, our oils are beyond food grade- you could add a drop of Lemon essential oil anytime you are cooking with lemon juice (Salmon on the BBQ, Lemon meringue pie, Hummus, Avo Smash, Lemon zest etc) to give it a deeper, more rich flavour. You could also add a drop or two to tea or a smoothie. Lemon naturally cleanses the body and aids in digestion.

Add a couple drops of Lemon essential oil to your dishwater or to the rinse section of your dishwasher. Lemon is amazing at cutting through grease and grime and will leave your glassware sparkling + get rid of that dank dishwasher smell.

Make an All Purpose Cleaning Spray. In a glass bottle with a spray trigger add a quarter cup of Vinegar and 30 drops of your choice of essential oils, any Citrus oil like Lemon will make a great cleaner, you could also add a sq**rt of the cleaner concentrate, shake, spray and wipe. Lemon, Lemon Myrtle & Wild Orange all in this curated box would make a great cleaning combo! Time to ditch the store bought, coal tar dye coloured, endocrine disrupting and environmentally + health damaging commercial cleaners.

Remove sticky labels with lemon essential oil! Simply add a few drops of the oil to the label, wait a minute or so and it will peel right off.

Make your own natural wood polish using olive oil and Lemon or Wild Orange essential oil.

Lemon promotes a healthy respiratory function, try diffusing two drops Lemon, two drops Peppermint and two drops Lavender for a great seasonal relief blend.

Use lemon essential oil in a spray bottle with water to keep fruit fresh until serving. It will also add a nice zesty flavour!
