A few little changes are happening at Hair By Grace!

As of today, online bookings will no longer be available and my business messages are officially back up and running. ✂️✨

If you already have an appointment booked, don’t worry — your appointment is still booked and nothing has changed. There is no need to rebook or message me to confirm. 🤍

My phone number will also no longer be used for business enquiries, as this is my personal number. Moving forward, please send all appointment enquiries, changes or cancellations directly through the Hair By Grace Facebook or Instagram page, unless I have personally spoken with you and organised otherwise.

I’ll also have some hats coming soon, with Hair By Grace iron-on patches hopefully arriving in the next couple of months! I can’t wait to show you what I’ve been working on. 🤎

✨ NEW HOURS ARE COMING ✨

As of Tuesday 6th October, my salon hours will be changing as I step into a new chapter and begin working at the school alongside running Hair By Grace. 🤎

My new salon hours will be:

Monday – Friday | 4:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday | CLOSED

Don’t worry — I’m still here doing what I love! 🤠✂️ I’ll just be swapping over to late-night appointments during the school term.

During the school holidays, I’ll be opening up FULL DAYS in the salon, giving you plenty of extra opportunities to get your hair done. 🤎

✨ ALREADY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED? ✨
If you already have an appointment booked during school hours for next term, I will be in touch with you to organise and reschedule your appointment to a time that works with my new hours. There’s no need to message me — I’ll work through all existing bookings and contact you. 🤎

💍 SATURDAY WEDDINGS 💍
If you already have a wedding booked with me on a Saturday, please don’t worry! All existing Saturday wedding bookings are still valid and will be going ahead as planned. Saturday being closed only applies to regular salon appointments. 🤍

Appointments will continue to be available through my online booking system, so please make sure you book ahead, especially for colour appointments and those popular afternoon/evening spots.

Friday 11th September marks ONE whole year of Hair By Grace! 🥹

What a year it has been — beautiful hair, big transformations, plenty of laughs, good chats and the most amazing clients. I’m so grateful to every single person who has sat in my chair, supported my little business, shared my posts, recommended me or simply cheered me on along the way. 🤎

And of course, you can’t have a birthday without CAKE! 🎂✨
There’ll be cake in the salon on Friday to celebrate, so if you’re popping in, make sure you grab yourself a piece!

🤎 A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT APPOINTMENTS AT HAIR BY GRACE 🤎

Hair By Grace is a one-woman show, which means everything from bookings and messages to appointments and everything behind the scenes is managed by one person. Appointments are carefully arranged to allow enough time between each client so nobody feels rushed and every client receives the one-on-one time, care and attention needed to achieve the best possible result. 🤎

Because appointments are booked around the time required for each individual service, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you know you are going to be late, please get in contact before your appointment time and let the salon know approximately how late you will be. If you arrive 30 minutes late without any prior message, your appointment will need to be immediately rescheduled. Unfortunately, there simply won’t be enough time left to complete your service properly without rushing your appointment or impacting the clients booked after you.

Hair By Grace wants every person who sits in the chair to have their own dedicated time. Your appointment is your time — to relax, have a chat and leave with hair you love. ✨

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes things don’t go to plan, but communication and mutual respect go a long way. Hair By Grace will always do its best to accommodate clients where possible, but boundaries around appointment times will be stood by.

We also ask that all communication remains kind and respectful. Rude, nasty or disrespectful comments towards the salon will not be accepted. Hair By Grace will always treat clients with kindness and respect, and the same is expected in return. These boundaries aren’t here to make things difficult — they’re here so the salon can continue providing every client with the time, care and quality they deserve. 🤎🤠

Just a little heads-up from Hair By Grace!

As of today, the salon phone number will no longer be in use. 📞

For all appointment bookings, please head over to our online booking website. The booking link can be found on our Instagram, Facebook and Google search, where you can easily book multiple appointments all in one place. 🤎

Messages through the salon page will also be temporarily disconnected for a little while as we work on a few things behind the scenes to make Hair By Grace more accessible and easier for everyone.

✨ A little change to our salon hours…

Hair By Grace will now be closed on Mondays, with appointments available from Tuesday through to Saturday due to the high demand for these days.

My booking system will still be available to book in from September 2nd 2026.

Over the month of August I will not have access to my business page & any messages will receive an automated response.
