The time has come for us to implement our deposit and cancellation policy. Moving forward, we will now be requiring a 30% deposit for all services over $200. This deposit will unfortunately not be refunded if the appointment booked is canceled or rescheduled within a 24 hour window. Being a small business and so close to Christmas, we need to be able to cover our overheads if we are left with vacant spots. This is especially crucial at Christmas, as we are now turning people away. We truly appreciate your loyalty and support. Thank you all,
