The micro-needling upgrade you’ll wish you knew about sooner
NCTF, is a proprietary, polyrevitalising solution containing a unique blend contains 59 active ingredients, including:
* 14 Vitamins (A, B, C, E, etc.) for antioxidant protection and enhanced cellular activity
* 24 Amino Acids that act as building blocks for collagen and elastin production
* 6 Minerals to optimise cellular health and enzymatic function
* 5 Nucleic Acids to stimulate cellular regeneration
* 2 Antioxidants to protect the skin against free radical damage
* Hyaluronic Acid to deeply hydrate, plump, and smooth the skin
Together, these components provide nourishment, stimulating collagen production and revitalising skin cells.
Applied topically after your SkinPen microneedling session. This clinical-grade polyrevitalising solution is designed to support hydration and collagen stimulation while the skin is in this regenerative state.
SkinPen microneedling creates thousands of micro-channels in the skin as part of its natural wound-healing response. Immediately afterwards, those channels are more receptive to topical actives than usual.
Adding NCTF Boost to your next needling treatment can help to support:
· Deeper hydration
· Collagen stimulation
· Fine lines and early ageing signs
· Uneven pigmentation
· Dull, dehydrated skin
· Preventative skin ageing

No two skin types need the same facial — Our Platinum HydraFacial offers the level of personalisation your skin deserves.
The Platinum HydraFacial is built in seven steps.
1. Lymphatic drainage supports detoxification and helps reduce the appearance of puffiness, for a more sculpted, lifted look.
2. Microdermabrasion lifts away dead skin cells to reveal smoother, brighter-looking skin.
3. A customised peel — with a gentler option for sensitive skin — helps unclog pores and improve the appearance of blemishes.
4. Extraction clears congestion with suction, not squeezing.
5. Targeted booster serums are chosen for your specific concern — congestion, dryness, fine lines or brightening —
6. Red or Blue LED light therapy for further personalisation and booster infusion. Blue light kills acne bacteria while red light reduces inflammation and promotes healing.
7. Finished with hydration infusion that leaves skin with that signature Hydrafacial glow.
Same treatment name. Different result for every skin in the room.

IPL or Fraxel — which laser treatment is right for you?
It’s one of the questions we get asked most in consultations, and the answer comes down to what you’re actually trying to treat.
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) works on the more superficial layers of skin. It’s ideal for redness, broken capillaries, pigmentation and uneven skin tone — and stimulates collagen production along the way, so skin looks brighter and healthier over time. Downtime is minimal, with most people back to their day straight after.
Fraxel goes deeper. As a fractional laser, it stimulates collagen remodelling, making it our go to for acne scarring, textural concerns, deeper sun damage and fine lines. Because it works deeper within the skin, you can usually expect around four to seven days of downtime while it heals.
The short version:
· Tone, redness or pigmentation → start with IPL
· Texture, acne scarring or accumulated sun damage → Fraxel is likely the better fit
· Want both? Our PhotoFraxel treatment combines the two for more comprehensive rejuvenation — targeting redness, pigmentation and texture in one session.
The best way to know which is right for your skin is a consultation — we’ll assess and build a treatment plan around your goals.

Disclaimer: IResults vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. IPL and Fraxel are energy-based treatments and, like all cosmetic procedures, carry risks including redness, swelling, pigment changes and, rarely, scarring. These treatments may not be suitable for all skin types, active skin conditions, or during pregnancy. A consultation with one of our qualified nurses is required to assess your suitability and discuss risks before proceeding.
The eye area shows ageing first — and asks for a different kind of formula.
IS Clinical GeneXC® Firming Eye Gel is built for exactly that. Powered by GeneXC Technology and two forms of Vitamin C, it’s designed to brighten and even out tone from the first use, with continued improvement over time.
The formula also brings together Hyaluronic Acids for penetrating hydration, a collagen-supporting Peptide, and Bio-Fermented Actives to smooth texture — working to visibly firm, soften the look of periorbital fine lines and crow’s feet, and support the appearance of firmness and elasticity.
Lightweight, fast-absorbing, and formulated for the most delicate skin on the face.
Available now at The Clinic Bondi.
The at-home skincare you’re using could be making your breakouts worse.
Here’s what to avoid when your skin is inflamed:
01 — Harsh physical exfoliants
Scrubs, grainy cleansers, anything abrasive. Reaching for these when skin feels rough is instinctive — but inflamed skin is already compromised. Scrubbing spreads bacteria across the face, damages the barrier further, and pushes inflammation deeper. Inflammation needs to be calmed, not aggravated.
02 — High-strength acids, stacked
Glycolic toner. Salicylic spot treatment. AHA serum. Retinol at night. It’s easy to try throw everything at your skin to get something to work on breakouts. Individually, these can work. Stacked daily, they strip the barrier. Pull back to one active at a time and let the skin settle. This isn’t acne-specific — it applies to every routine.
03 — Heavy oils and creams
They sit on top of compromised skin and trap heat, bacteria and congestion underneath. Soothing in the moment, worse by the following week. If your skin needs comfort during a flare, reach for a barrier cream with ceramides and niacinamide instead.

Our Favourite Treatment Combination This Winter.
Winter doesn’t just dry your skin out, it inflames it. Cold air outside, heating inside, constant temperature swings can compromise the barrier.
This is why we reach for two treatments together this time of year.
The Peel
The Societe Oxygenation Peel is a Level 1 Face Peel known for its skin calming properties and hydration boost. Combining oxygenation for collagen production and cell turnover, with a deep thermal cleanser and antioxidant fruit enzyme mask, giving your skin everything it needs for a fresh, dewy complexion.
The LED
LED Healite II uses low level light therapy to help calm inflammation and accelerate the skin’s own recovery process. Where the peel prepares the skin, the LED settles it — reducing redness and supporting healing rather than adding another active into an already-stressed complexion.
Alone, each treatment addresses part of the problem. Combined, the peel oxygenates and preps while the LED calms and accelerates recovery — a full-circle approach for skin that’s inflamed, not just dry.

Feel like you’ve tried everything for skin redness?
Redness shows up differently for everyone. Flushing, sensitivity, a compromised barrier, or the mottled, diffuse redness we often see in male skin and mature clients. The common thread is inflammation.
Many treatments calm and soothe on the surface. Rejuran Classic is designed to work at a deeper level. Formulated with polynucleotides which are molecules that may help signal the skin to repair itself at a cellular level, supporting barrier function rather than simply masking symptoms.
If you’ve tried multiple approaches without lasting results, it may be worth discussing whether Rejuran Classic addresses what other treatments haven’t reached.
Individual results vary. A consultation with our team is the starting point — we’ll assess your skin and discuss whether this treatment is right for you.

EvidenceBasedSkincare SkinBarrier
One of the most important steps in supporting your skin, minimising downtime and getting the best outcome after laser treatments is your home care routine. Here’s what we recommend post-treatment.

Your post-procedure essential. Skinceuticals Phyto Corrective Essence Mist
A cooling mist for stressed skin. Lightweight enough to layer as much hydration as needed without touching your skin — helps calm visible redness, support the skin barrier and hydrate post-treatment skin.
Scott + Sullivan The Cleanser
Removes impurities without stripping the skin. Formulated with soothing, barrier-supporting ingredients to help calm irritation, hydrate and leave skin feeling fresh, soft and comfortable.

Skin after weight loss doesn’t always contract at the same pace as the body changes — particularly through the stomach and arms. It’s simply how skin elasticity responds to change, and it varies from person to person.
This is where Sofwave and Ultraformer MPT come in. Sofwave uses ultrasound energy at a precise depth to support collagen and elastin production, improving firmness over time. Ultraformer MPT works deeper, targeting structural layers to support tightening and contour refinement across larger areas of the body.
Neither treatment replaces weight loss — they’re designed to support your skin through it.
Noticing looser or crepey skin after weight changes? Our team can assess which option may be right for you.
