Congratulations to our newly qualified stylist!
For those who don’t know, Emma has been part of the Koto family since 2021. She first walked through our doors as a salon assistant, and from day one her passion, dedication, and positive attitude stood out. Over the years, she grew into our star apprentice, all while balancing the huge responsibilities of Year 12 and university during her apprenticeship.
Emma’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Her precise attention to detail, creativity, charismatic personality, and strong work ethic are qualities that make her such a valued part of our team. She approaches every day with enthusiasm, kindness, and a willingness to learn, and it has been so special watching her confidence and skills grow.
She has also built up a wonderful, loyal clientele who absolutely adore her, which is a true reflection of her talent, professionalism, and the genuine care she shows every client who sits in her chair.
Emma has an exciting and successful future ahead of her, and we cannot wait to watch her continue to flourish, grow, and achieve amazing things in the hair industry.
