How does delivery work?

Our saunas and ice baths are safely packaged in one robust wooden crate with all your accessories and heaters.

The crate is delivered to the front of your property, where you can unload the pieces to your chosen installation space or storage.

This process takes roughly 30 minutes for two people, and then you're ready to assemble your sauna!

How do I get my sauna hotter?

We know you like it hot, so if your sauna isn't performing as well as you'd like, here are some tips to troubleshoot!

1. Check all the heater elements are glowing red and the sauna is correctly turned on
2. Remove and wash all the rocks to remove any dust
3. Restack all the rocks, and ensure there are enough gaps for airflow
