Carla is a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping Practitioner who is passionate about helping people reduce stress, release emotional overwhelm and reconnect with a calmer, more confident version of themselves. EFT Tapping is a gentle technique that combines tapping on specific acupressure points with focused thoughts to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety and create positive emotional change.​​​​​​​​
