We have colouring, fidgets and things to keep them occupied, and I’m more than happy to work around a pram, a snack break or a little extra chaos. Self-care doesn’t have to wait for the rare day you manage to organise childcare.

The only exception is if they’re home from school or daycare because they’re unwell. In that case, we’ll simply find another time for you.
