Last night was truly inspiring. 💚🌏♻️
I had the privilege of attending It's a Hairy World – a powerful short film created by Sustainable Salons that shines a light on the incredible collective of people working together to create real change for our communities and our planet.
Even more special, 100% of ticket sales were donated to Hair Aid. Krystal and I were honoured to speak on behalf of Hair Aid, sharing what we do and, more importantly, why we do it. ❤️✂️
The film gave us a behind-the-scenes look at what it truly means to be a sustainable salon. It followed the journey of our salon waste and introduced us to the remarkable people who make it all possible. By employing people with disabilities, Sustainable Salons creates more than jobs—it creates purpose, pride, confidence and a true sense of belonging.
It was also inspiring to see the partnerships that amplify this impact. Who Gives A Crap helps fund sanitation projects around the world, while The Halo Effect transforms the ponytails we collect in the salon into beautiful, human-hair wigs designed to bring comfort, dignity and confidence to people experiencing chemotherapy or hair loss.
Watching the film reminded me that sustainability isn't just about recycling—it's about people. It's about creating opportunities, protecting our planet and changing lives in ways many of us never get to see.
I'm incredibly proud that every appointment at Endorphin Hair is part of something so much bigger than great hair. Together, we're reducing waste, supporting communities and creating a ripple effect of positive change—one appointment at a time. 💚🌍♻️

Today I stood alongside hairdressers around the world for the Hair Aid Global Cut-A-Thon ❤️✂️
Using our skills to create a real impact—one haircut, one act of kindness at a time.
Every haircut today helped support the incredible work of Hair Aid, with 100% of the proceeds donated to Hair Aid. My day off was well spent 💓
