Can I nap during my appointment? Absolutely!
Your appointment is your time. Whether you want to chat, vent about your week, catch up on a podcast or simply switch your brain off for a while, the choice is completely yours.
I’ve tried to make every appointment as comfortable as possible, with little touches like:
• A weighted blanket for extra comfort
• Headphones if you’d like to listen to your favourite playlist, podcast or audiobook
• A black eyelid-stabilisation eyepad that gently helps reduce eye flutter, blocks overhead light and keeps your eyelids comfortably closed
• A tissue on the forehead for an extra layer of comfort
And if you happen to fall asleep? I promise I won’t be offended. In fact, I see it as one of the biggest compliments I can receive ❤️. Let me know at your next appointment if you would like any of the above 👆🏼to make you more comfortable.

Watch me do my Grandma’s makeup for her 100th birthday party🤍
It was impossible to get through her makeup without family popping in every few minutes for a hug, a chat and to wish her a happy birthday. It was wonderfully chaotic.
Such a special memory and such an honour to help her get ready to celebrate 100 incredible years. Happy Birthday Grandma, you are the most amazing person, an absolute inspiration to us all and I love you so much! X
