My client came to me wanting to embrace her natural grey, but every time she’d had foils they would fade warm and brassy.

After chatting about her long-term goal, I suggested we skip the foils altogether.

Instead, we used a cool ash gloss to neutralise the warmth already in her hair and soften the transition between her previous blonde and her natural silver.

This means we’re not continually lightening her hair or creating another grow-out line. Instead, we’ll simply refresh the gloss when needed while allowing more of her natural grey to shine through.
