{ clearify }
okay, so why haven’t i got my hands on this blend earlier? 🙄 it’s just 👌🏼. “clearify” AKA the air blend had some epic essential oils in it, litsea, tangerine, grapefruit, frankie and cardamom. baby! it smells sweet but then has this fresh + clean aroma about it too.
i love how they have mixed the frankie + cardamom in with citrus 🍊 oils, it gives it a nice warming and uplifting vibe to it when you diffuse it apply topically (diluted of course) to the skin.
here is 5 ways to use it 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
1️⃣ diffuse 5-6 drops in your petal diffuser for an uplifting positive vibes experience in your home. love this in the morning on arising 🌅.
2️⃣ make a yoga 🧘‍♀️ mat spray to use when you are doing morning yoga or stretching. it will uplift you mood and positivity around the workout.
3️⃣ open the bottle and inhale before you journal. it’s filled with essential oils that support self worth and manifestation.
4️⃣ apply to sternum right before a run or a hiit workout. will help you to breathe through those tougher workouts.
5️⃣ use as a spray for your linen when you make the bed. open the windows in your room and enjoy the refreshing aroma! .
please be mindful of you apply to skin and some of the oils in the blend are photosensitive. always apply sun protection over the top of your topical essential oils that are photo sensitive ☀️ ✌🏼.

✨ Do you have a non negotiable in the morning? 🪴

I love a good morning routine, with 4 little ones I have to be kind to myself if we don’t get through it all though.

My most favourite thing in the morning though, is to open up all the curtains /blinds, open the 🪟 windows, pop some Lemon, Easy Air and Frankie in the kids diffusers and make their beds.

It just makes me feel uplifted plus brightens the house and makes it smell good.

Hey MAMA’s
I hope you are all having a great weekend? I know a lot of us are now in lockdown. I wanted to put a list together of things we can do for ourself. Even if sometimes it is with a baby on your hip. Or a baby in your belly. Or you may just be at home solo.

✨ Self Loving Ideas With A Baby Attached ✨

• Put on a face mask, while feeding baby.

• Listen to a good podcast or audible book while you jig that bub.

• Can do a post natal workout with baby in sling/carrier.

• Go for a walk outside, get some vitamin D. If you can of course.

• Have a sleep, put on a mediation track and full asleep to it.

• Epson Salt foot soak with some essential oils, can be feeding baby and watching a good tv show.

• Take a bath together. Skin on skin always gets me feeling more grounded.

• Go put your feet on the grass or sand if possible.

• Burn a candle while you do housework.

• Buy yourself some flowers, crystals or whatever you love to have in your space.

• Watch the sunset. Even if it’s through your window.

✨ Self Love Ideas (alone time) ✨

• Take an hour out for yourself doing what you love, Netflix, movie, a dance class, a solo walk, craft.

• Bath with epson salts and essential oils. Foot Soak.

• Write down what you want to be and feel like tomorrow.

• Journal Practice, use self love mantras, gratitude practice, what is working, what isn't working and why. Kmart have some great journals or self love promt style journals too.

• Home EMP workout.

• Skin Care Routine while being mindful.

• Give yourself an aromatic dressing, so grab some nice oils and carrier oil or body lotion and apply the oil over your body while repeating self love mantras.

• Have a phone call with a good friend.

• Bake a cake or something soulful.

• Put on your favourite tunes and boogie.

• Read something that you enjoy, even if it is for 10minutes.

• A good wardrobe clean out can be a great act of love for yourself. You may find some of your favourite clothes need some love again.

• Log out of social media for 24hrs. AMAZING cleanse.

All you need 💁🏼‍♀️
🌿Arrowroot Powder
🌿5 drops Lavender (because it’s the Swiss Army knife for everything so why not)
🌿5 drops Rosemary (hair growth + thickness)
🌿5 drops Frankincense (scalp health)
🌿Glass Jar with Lid
💁🏼‍♀️. I love to use my old powder brush to apply to my hair!!
🌿Note if you have darker hair just add some cacao powder or a little beetroot powder for red hair.
Other oils you can use - Ylang Ylang, Peppermint, Patchouli, Cedarwood

I wanted to do a huge shout out to the most beautiful person, Danielle from .sacred.space ✨. On Thursday was our week 3 of the “Mama Circle” I have been attending. Wow, it’s an honour to be among these other Mother’s and their little ones.

We delve deep into learning about our Masculine and Feminine energy. We bonded, we shed tears and also had some belly laugh moments. We reflected on our motherhood journey the week before and did meditation 🧘‍♀️ welcoming the noise of the outside world and our Bubs sounds to and from our practice.

I can’t wait for next week! I am excited to be sharing some essential oil practice for our little ones and post natal care for mummas.

Honestly Danielle’s hypnobirthing workshops were eye opening and so educational when I was pregnant and I feel grateful for this post party support of her Mama Circle.

Sleep? Oh mumma do you get much of it? I have to admit with my 9 months of insomnia in pregnancy and this cheeky darling, it’s been a lack there of kidnof subject!! You feels? 😓

However, today I was like it’s time to get out my text books and have a play with a sleepy blend for this babe.

Personally, for safety reasons I’m all about the “highly” dilution. Less is more with a little tot okay? Be kind to their skin as it’s sensitive. 😉

We made up 3 blends today but all with the same recipe. I just wanted to dilute into 3 so I could gift two other mummas a blend too.

We used Frankincense, Cedarwood, Lavender andWild Orange 🍊...

Will keep everyone posted on the sleep 😴 and how we go with this oil.

🧺 DIY WASHING POWDER 🧺

- 1 Cup Pink Salt
- 1 Cup Washing Soda
- 1 Cup Epsom Salts
- 1 Cup Baking Soda - 30 drops of Essential Oils ( I love lemon eucalyptus + lavender + on guard blend )
- 1 Bar of Low Tox Soap, grated (I used a non fragrant baby one from source bulk foods, can use castile soap bar or a lavender peace dōTERRA bar)

Place all ingredients in a large container and use 1/4 scoop per load.
