FAQ's : How can I get rid of my acne?

If you or a loved one suffers from acne scarring I understand your pain as I have suffered from acne and scarring most of my life.
Specializing in acne and scarring for over 25 years I have found that there is a real need to take a different approach to most when it comes to treating acne and the related scarring..... it requires a long term plan and there are no quick fixes.

Firstly, you need to be on a DAILY inner and outer health plan that addresses prevention and repair from all sides.

Secondly, you need to be committed to regular in clinic treatments to gently and progressively address the acne and the scarring without causing further damage and hyper or hypo-pigmentation.

My rule of thumb: 1st Phase Acne and Scarring treatment is a course of weekly high strength AHA peels for 6 weeks and a new skincare and inner health regime to support these treatments.

Once this first phase of treatment is complete we have a new canvas to assess and treat accordingly as the dead skin build up on the surface of the skin and pores will be removed allowing us skin experts to see the real underlying condition of the skin.

Your skin and gut gets use to ingredients and the benefits you receive from first use will eventually wain. In order to progressively treat and repair acne and scarring you need to mix up the treatment and daily skincare regime each seasonal change at the very least.
