How to Hydrate Thirsty Hair💇‍♀️

We have put together a Routine that you can follow Daily:

* Add Water: Mist your Hair with Water using a spray bottle to provide actual hydration.

* Apply Leave-In Conditioner: Work a water- based leave-in Conditioner or cream through your sections to help strands absorb and retain moisture.

* Seal with Oil: Lock the Hydration in by smoothing a lightweight Oil (like Argon or Jacoba) or a heavier butter (like Shea) over your mid-lengths and ends.

* Wash your Hair less often with lukewarm or cool Water, (1 or 2 washes a week), to let your Scalp's natural oils nourish your dry strands.

* Choose a sulphate free, nourishing Shampoo and a Hydrating Conditioner.

* Use a deep conditioning Hair Mask once a week to repair any dry or damaged ends.

* Protect at Night by sleeping on a Silk or Satin Pillowcase.

* Reduce use of Hot Styling Tools and always apply a Heat Protectant beforehand.
