✨ WE’RE HIRING A SALON RECEPTIONIST ✨

Opal Hair Studio is looking for a friendly, organised and confident part-time receptionist to join our team 💚

We’re looking for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a busy environment and isn’t afraid to take initiative.

The role will include:
• welcoming clients & creating an amazing salon experience
• answering calls, messages & booking enquiries
• managing appointments and assisting with the daily salon schedule
• taking payments & rebooking clients
• general admin and keeping reception organised
• supporting the team with the smooth day-to-day running of the salon

You’ll be perfect for this role if you are:
✨ warm, bubbly & professional
✨ extremely organised and reliable
✨ confident speaking with clients in person and over the phone. Confidence in English
✨ comfortable with computers and booking systems
✨ proactive you notice what needs doing and get it done
✨ able to stay calm and organised when the salon gets busy

Previous reception, administration, hospitality or customer service experience would be highly regarded. Salon experience isn’t essential the right personality and attitude are more important to us.

This is a part-time position, approximately 20–25 hours per week, with the potential to grow for the right person.
