Your journey begins with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, inviting you to arrive fully into the present moment before settling onto our comfortable bamboo mattresses, wrapped in blankets and supported with eye pillows.

From here, you will be immersed in the beautiful frequencies of crystal singing bowls, allowing the vibrations to gently wash over you as your body relaxes, your mind quietens, and your nervous system settles.

Your evening will begin with a guided Yoga Nidra journey led by the beautiful Jasmine.

Often described as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra gently guides you into that peaceful space between waking and sleep, where the body can deeply rest, the mind can soften, and you can simply let go.

Jasmine has been sharing Yoga Nidra sessions in Exmouth and has recently returned home to Bunbury, and we are so excited to have her holding this beautiful space within the centre. ✨

As you rest, Emma, a Reiki Master in the traditional Usui lineage, will move gently around the circle offering hands-on Reiki healing to each person.

Reiki is a soft and nurturing energy healing practice that encourages deep relaxation, energetic balance and a beautiful sense of calm and restoration.

🌕 We absolutely love holding these circles around the Full Moon — a beautiful time to release what feels heavy, clear what no longer serves you and create space for the next chapter.

Places are intentionally limited so the evening remains intimate, peaceful and beautifully held.

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on process using light touch on 32 points on the head.

The process is designed to support the flow of energy and help release thoughts, feelings, emotions and limiting beliefs that we can find ourselves holding onto.

For many people, having their Bars run can create a beautiful sense of lightness, calm and ease, and may help with stress, anxiety and an overactive mind.

At best, it may open the door to wonderful change within your life… and at the very least, it can feel like you’ve just had an amazing massage. ✨

Throughout this full-day class, you will both GIVE and RECEIVE an Access Bars® session, giving you the opportunity to experience the process for yourself while learning how to offer it to others.

You will also receive your training manual, with light snacks, tea and coffee provided throughout the day.

🌸 Upon completing the class, you will be certified as an Access Bars® Practitioner and able to begin offering the practice to family or clients.

🤍 IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM ZEN WITHIN 🤍

As many of you know, Renae has unfortunately been extremely unwell again and this Thursday she will be undergoing what we are all desperately hoping will be her final surgery.

This is an incredibly complicated surgery and one that her surgeons have never performed before. At this stage, there are still many unknowns around how the surgery will go and what Renae’s recovery will look like on the other side.

For this reason, Renae will be absent from the centre for quite some time and at this stage we simply cannot give a timeframe for when she will be able to return to work.

Over the coming weeks, and particularly throughout the first week of her surgery and recovery, please understand that responses through the centre’s page may be significantly delayed. Renae will not be available to respond to messages while she focuses entirely on getting through her surgery and beginning her recovery.

However, we are incredibly grateful to welcome the beautiful Patricia from South West Remedial Massage, who will be stepping in to offer massage appointments to Renae’s clients while she is away.

We would absolutely love our beautiful community to get behind Patricia, support her and give her the warm ZWWC welcome she deserves.

Lastly, we cannot thank everyone enough for the incredible love, patience, messages and understanding being shown to Renae and her family during such an uncertain and frightening time.

Right now, our only focus is getting Renae safely through Thursday and supporting her through whatever comes next. 🤍
