✨ Today marks 18 months since Zen Within Wellness Centre officially opened its doors. ✨

It’s so hard to put into words how I’m feeling.

What started as a dream and a vision that lived in my heart for so many years has become a reality that is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. But what has been created here is so much more than a wellness centre.

It’s a community.
It’s a place of connection.
It’s a safe space.
And most importantly… it’s become a family.

Every single person who has walked through our doors has helped shape what Zen Within is today. To our incredible practitioners, our beautiful clients, and everyone who has supported us along the way… thank you from the bottom of my heart.

These past few weeks and months, while I’ve been unwell, have reminded me exactly why I created this space. The love, kindness, support and care that has surrounded not only the centre but myself and my family has been something I will never, ever forget.

You have all carried me through one of the hardest seasons of my life, and for that I will be forever grateful.

Thank you for believing in this dream, for supporting our centre, for trusting us, and for making Zen Within feel like home.

I truly treasure every single one of you, and I cannot wait to see what the next chapter brings.

Your evening will begin with a guided Yoga Nidra journey led by the beautiful Jasmine.

Often described as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra gently guides you into that peaceful space between waking and sleep, where the body can deeply rest, the mind can soften, and you can simply let go.

Jasmine has been sharing Yoga Nidra sessions in Exmouth and has recently returned home to Bunbury, and we are so excited to have her holding this beautiful space within the centre. ✨

As you rest, Emma, a Reiki Master in the traditional Usui lineage, will move gently around the circle offering hands-on Reiki healing to each person.

Reiki is a soft and nurturing energy healing practice that encourages deep relaxation, energetic balance and a beautiful sense of calm and restoration.

🌕 We absolutely love holding these circles around the Full Moon — a beautiful time to release what feels heavy, clear what no longer serves you and create space for the next chapter.

Places are intentionally limited so the evening remains intimate, peaceful and beautifully held.

Whether you offer one-on-one treatments, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, women’s circles, workshops, courses or something completely unique, we would love to hear from you. ✨

We have both our beautiful fully equipped studio and private treatment spaces available, with flexible options for regular, fortnightly, monthly or one-off hire.

But most importantly, we are looking for people who want to be part of a community supporting one another, collaborating, sharing offerings and growing alongside each other. 🤍
