We are looking for:
* A Dermal therapist or Beautician with a can do attitude, providing the best in customer service and willing to learn cutting edge technology in the field of Beauty Therapy.
* Previous experience in IPL, Skin Analysis and Body contouring machines preferred but not necessary.
* Ongoing training provided and opportunity to make your own service list.
The ideal candidate would be able to perform consultations, work with clients to find out their body goals and nurture them throughout their treatment journey

* Senior stylists and junior emerging stylists (apprentices) to assist with our busy hair salon. We offer ongoing training to master your chosen skills, we want our staff to feel encouraged and to be confident in the services they provide. All aspects of hairdressing skills preferred. We are an easy going down to earth salon and we encourage positive energy to create an enjoyable respectful environment for all of our staff to work in.

Porque os cuidados com nossa saúde e corpo devem ser contínuos para resultados verdadeiros e consistentes, mesmo considerando períodos de maior e menor cuidado. O importante é não largar tudo de uma vez... como eu tinha feito desde novembro do ano passado (quem nunca?).
Quando tive aquelas dores de cabeça piorava ao treinar então parei e pra recomeçar está sendo difícil. Somei a isso descuidar muito da alimentação, resumindo o açúcar branco refinado estava presente nos meus dias todos os dias e de todas as formas. Ele mesmo, que nos inflama, envelhece funcional e esteticamente, quebra nosso colágeno, entope nossas artérias!
Semana passada resolvi sair desse momento autodestruição consciente e voltei ao CMSlim, a coisa mais fácil no meu caso. Também comecei a tirar o açúcar de novo e ser uma adulta responsável!
Escrevi tudo isso pra contar que ontem depois de 3 sessões do CMSlim eu já comecei a me sentir melhor e notar mudanças no meu corpo.
Pra dizer que amo a tecnologia e esse tratamento que além da estética nos devolve saúde corporal e mental. Diminui gordura e aumenta massa muscular, inclusive a gordura visceral, mais perigosa.
Aí acabei escrevendo um monte! Quero resumir dizendo que quem precisa melhorar a saúde e a beleza, que está nesse modo autodestrutivo consciente ou inconsciente (mais difícil de sair) deve fazer alguma coisa. Começando uma as demais se tornam mais fáceis, aquela história de um passo de cada vez. Existem inúmeras formas de começar, no meu caso o CMSlim foi a mais fácil. Pode ser pra quem também não retomou seus treinos de academia, seja pela pandemia ou pelo fim de ano que nos arrasta e não cumprimos as promessas.
Existem milhares de profissionais pra nos ajudar e muita tecnologia também!
