Let me introduce my self. It’s been a long time and I’m feeling very exposed right now 😬
Hi, I’m Elkie, salon owner, stylist, wife and mum of 3 plus a fur baby.

Almost 7 years ago after binge-watching Tabitha Takes Over and thinking “if they can do it, surely I can too”. I opened my own salon. And here we are.

If you think the salon has a lot of plants, you should see my home. It’s equal parts dumb luck and messages to my ex-horticulturist Dad asking, “What’s wrong with my plant?”🌱

I’ve lived in Sydney for nearly 15 years now. I grew up in Wagga Wagga or if you’re a local “Wagga”. Country girl, but definitely not for the farm life. I couldn’t wait to move to the city… and eventually found my place here in the Camden/Wollondilly area after years working closer to the city before having kids. I pretty much moved to the “Wagga” part of Sydney.

I’ve been behind the chair for more years than I’d like to admit, and over that time one thing has always mattered most to me, creating a space that feels calm, welcoming and genuine. Somewhere you feel comfortable, heard and properly looked after.

I specialise in low-maintenance, lived-in colour and healthy blondes that grow out beautifully. My approach is honest, realistic and tailored to your lifestyle, not just whatever is trending that week.

At home? Life is loud and chaotic.
In the salon? It’s relaxed, down-to-earth and easy. No pressure. No judgement. Just good chats, great hair and an experience that feels effortless.
