These 3 oils work so fast for nose bleeds. Have needed to use twice this week .
2 drops lemon, 2 drops of cypress & 1 drop of helichrysum in a bowl of ice water. Place washer in bowl squeeze excess water then place washer on nose or neck.

I haven’t posted for awhile. I want to tell you about 2 amazing oils, Pink Pepper & Wild Orange.
2 years ago I had a mammogram which showed a cyst in one breast & debris in the other breast. Today I had my bi-annual mammogram & the cyst was so tiny & the debris was gone. I used 2 drops of Pink Pepper & 1 drop of Wild Orange. (Any citrus oil is ok) mixed with fractionated coconut oil and applied all over my breast.
How good is that?
