Wow what a successful day!

I can’t believe how many friendly faces came to visit. It was great to chat with so many people who also live with migraine.

I can’t believe I pulled off a whole day at the markets. If you had told me three months ago I would be able to that I would not have believed it. So happy to feel like I’m “living” again, it’s taken a long time. I hope it continues to improve.

Two years ago today marks the day my life turned upside down... I am still unfortunately doing handstands and cartwheels trying to navigate life with a migraine every single day, pain, dizziness, hot sweats, brain fog, exhaustion and the list goes on.

Having multiple chronic migraine types I am yet to find something that give me a day of relief. Some days are better than others and some I wish not remember.

The last two years I have tried over 20 medication, had numerous injections, lifestyle changes, diet, exercise, everything in our home has changed lighting, cleaning products, food, you name it I have tried it.

In the last 14 weeks I was prescribed a new medication that in 12 weeks I watched myself gain 10kg! The weight doesn't bother me as long as it helps I have been advised to stop said medication and my Botox!!!! Ahgggg I am trying a new CGRP Emgality its been two weeks since the switch guess what...? I wish I had good news no!! Dizzy, swaying, tired, falling over a weak mess.

To keep going it's important for me to find pleasure in the small things, like today it was my neighbours blossom tree and the children playing memory together and nicely chatting away before school.

Amity heart has become so much more that a business to me I it my therapy, obsession and at times my escape. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and Amity Heart Collection I am truly grateful.
