CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS | A friendly reminder of our cancellation and rescheduling policy

At VERSA, your appointment that’s booked is reserved for you. If you need to make changes or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify the clinic at least 24 hours before.

Changes to your appointment within 24 hours will incur a late cancellation fee and your deposit may be forfeited.

Time to let you all know I’m on maternity leave!

I’ll be leaving you in the safe and very trusted hands of Rachel, Lance, Ollie, Vanessa, Liv and Casey, whom you may have met already.

For existing clients, the team will all have access to your script and notes including details of previous treatments, treatment plans, dose, photos, ect.

It is my plan to come back to work for the Christmas rush in December, we’ll let you all know when I’m opening up bookings via email.

Finally, I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your incredible support to me and Versa over the past few years, helping me grow my baby business into a flourishing community. I couldn’t have done it without you and I can’t wait to see how we continue to blossom!

Unfortunately, I think I have to grow this next baby without you…although they do say it takes a village…
