Healing begins the moment you decide to think differently about what’s possible for you.

My healing journey began with Reiki. The first doorway that opened my connection to energy and the role I now hold as a channel for healing. Over time, my “style” has evolved through teachers, books, spirit, and energy itself. When you learn, you expand. When you expand, you transform. The name of the modality doesn’t matter; every healer, alternative medicine practitioner, medicine man or woman ultimately works with the same truth: we are connecting, moving, and releasing energy.

My path weaves together Dr Usui Reiki, Shugendo Japanese Shamanic practices, medical intuitive work, and Kinesiology. Each modality has strengthened my understanding of energy, spirit, biology, and the unseen forces that shape our wellbeing. I’ve been blessed with incredible teachers, life‑changing books, and profound experiences shared with clients, moments that continue to deepen my connection and purpose.

Energy work isn’t “alternative.” It’s foundational. Energy affects energy. Even feeling uplifted and sharing that feeling with someone else shifts their field.

This is the heart of my work, supporting you through connection, presence, and the movement of energy that already lives within you.

The universe is always working for us, even when life feels like it’s tilting sideways.
What we call “negative” is often a quiet form of guidance.
A redirection.
A strengthening.
A reminder of what we’re capable of.

Some moments arrive to show us our resilience.
Some arrive to reveal abilities we didn’t know we had.
And some arrive simply to shift our path when we’re heading somewhere our spirit no longer belongs.

There are things we’ll never fully understand, including the experiences we’ve been gently steered away from, the situations we’ve unknowingly been protected from, and the doors that closed because they were never meant to be ours.

This is the subtle intelligence of the universe.
Not punishment.
Not chaos.
But movement.
Alignment.
A deeper rhythm guiding us back to ourselves.

When we learn to see challenge as communication, everything changes.
We stop resisting.
We start listening.
And we begin to recognise that every moment, even the uncomfortable ones, is part of our unfolding.
