You must know the science behind the skin routine and treat it with care. Few Tips for exfoliating safely:
✅ Use an appropriate moisturizer to help replace the hydration of the epidermis
✅ Recommend a maximum of twice a week to exfoliate the skin, but please avoid scrubs with abrasives, face towels and whole grains, DIY powders etc.,
✅ Please ensure that there is no fragrance or drying alcohol in your exfoliator
✅ Avoid harsh exfoliation if you have dermatitis, broken skin barrier, rosacea
✅ If you have normal skin, exfoliate at night times and do not forget to apply sunscreen 50 in the morning :)
