So many people are alone in life, sharing a cuppa and a chat may just change somebodies day

Never underestimate the simple act of ‘just being there for someone’. Catching up over a hot drink is just one of many ways to let someone know you care and that you’re there to listen if they would like to talk.

There are busy times in life when it can be difficult to keep up to date with friends, so let this be a reminder to call up a friend and have a chat this week, maybe even organise a catch up over tea? ☕

Well hello Saturday, I wonder what you will bring. It’s a Saturday off for me so starting with a sleep in. Lizzy will be opening the salon today so if your looking for a bit of pampering pop in and say hello.

So today I was given the title “The Official Royal Hairdresser” Starting bright and early working at a pace to prepare Prince Harry and mavis oh I mean Megan for their early morning nuptials. On a glorious Friday morning the salon was a buzz with beautifying the future Princess for her walk down the aisle. There was not a dry eye as the Activity centre was filled to the brim with the who’s who of the royal 👰 🎩 wedding at Emmaus Village. With Elton John flashing his crazy glasses and feathers and Brian Adams “everything I do” playing as the happy couple signed the register. All playing out with the lovely Bronwyn as the fabulous MC. Under royal privacy rules and the recent Markle debarkle the paparazzi were banned hence no pics of my beautiful hairstyles. Though I am sure next week they will be a women’s magazine somewhere. To be given the Royal seal of approval is such an honour even if it was only a mock seal of approval.
