Hi there, this is Ben from Foot Haven Chermside. We are having a very busy afternoon on 21/01/2017.
One of our clients came to the shop sitting there. She had an appointment at about 2:40.

However, we didn't serve this lady. There is no excuse for such a mistake we made. We sincerely appologise for this client.
