This week we celebrated our beautiful Pearl... and naturally, cheesecake was involved. 🎂✨

If you've ever sat in Pearl's chair, you'll know exactly why we adore her. She brings kindness, calm, the BEST head massages, a contagious laugh, and a whole lot of joy into the salon every single day.

She's learning, growing, and quietly becoming an incredible hairdresser, and we couldn't be prouder to have her as part of the Mystic Tide family.

Back in May I spent three days training as a breathwork facilitator.

Three months later... I still haven't gone racing out offering breathwork sessions.

That wasn't by accident.

The biggest thing that training gave me wasn't another service to add to my business. It completely changed the way I understand the nervous system... starting with my own.

Since then I've been intentionally putting it into practice with myself, my family, my kids, and in the way I run my business. I'm more mindful of what I say yes to, how I spend my time, and the spaces I choose to create.

One thing I also realised is that not all breathwork is the same.

Some transformational breathwork can be incredibly powerful. But I also believe people deserve to first understand their nervous system, learn how to regulate it, and gently widen their window of tolerance before diving into those deeper experiences.

That's the foundation I want to build.

That's why I created Sacred Exhale.

A space to breathe. To learn. To regulate. To restore.

No pressure. No pushing. Just gentle, nervous system informed practices that help you reconnect with your body, one breath at a time.

🤍 Virgin hair only. No previous colour, bleach, toner, semi, henna or colour remover.
🤍 This is for a full head bleach application only, not a regrowth touch-up.
🤍 Short hair is preferred (pixie or cropped styles), however longer virgin hair will be considered.
🤍 As this is part of Tiff's final qualification, you'll need to be happy for before, during and after photos/videos to be taken and used for her assessment and our social media.
🤍 If you've been dreaming of vivid hair, this is a great opportunity! We'll lighten your hair for free, and you can simply book your vivid colour service afterwards.
