Relaxation
Also known as a Swedish massage is a systematic treatment of the soft tissues of the body to induce a state of deep relaxation. It works mainly on the muscles, ligaments and tendons. Increases the body's blood and lymphatic circulation. This classic massage incorporates long rhythmic gliding strokes, kneading and some compression to alleviate tension and tiredness, flushing

toxins and worries away. This massage is ideal for de-stressing and nurturing your mind and body. Deep Tissue
This deep muscle/connective tissue massage releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deeper pressure on contracted areas. Once the muscles are warmed up this massage focuses on kneading and deeper compressions. This massage is ideal for more long-term problems of the back or specific muscle aches. This treatment usually focuses on body areas compared to the head to toe relaxation treatment. This is simply due to the time needed to warm up the muscles to get to those deeper layers. If you wish to have a full body deep tissue it's recommended to book 1.5hr session. Remedial
This massage is designed for people wanting more specific results. It's a combination of techniques from the deep tissue massage, tigger point therapy and stretching. An assessment on the focus area is carried out prior to the massage, so that a treatment plan along with expected results can be advised. This treatment requires active participation from the client, so that the treatment can reduce physical pain and discomfort and increases range of motion. This massage is ideal for clients who are suffering from deep and chronic tension, recovering from sports injuries and clients who are after specific results. Hot stone
This is a combination process that uses various sizes of heated stones. Those smooth stones are used to massage the body and be placed on key points of the body. The heat of the stones warm and relax the muscles, they improve the circulation and calm the nervous system. This massage is ideal for clients who have muscle tensions but prefer a lighter massage. The heat relaxes the muscles, which allows working on the muscle without using deep pressure. Keep in mind that all of the treatments can be combined and customised to preferences and individual requirements.
