I completely understand that things can come up life happens! However, when you don’t show up for your appointment, it has a real impact on my small business.

I am often booked weeks in advance and have clients waiting for appointments. When someone doesn’t turn up, that appointment could have gone to another client who was ready and waiting for a spot.

Moving forward, I will be strict with deposits, cancellations and no-show fees.

❌ If you no-show your appointment, a fee will apply.
❌ If you wish to rebook after a no-show, the outstanding fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
❌ Deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment.
