What an incredible night.
Muscle Focused Therapy was honoured to be named a finalist in the Business Excellence Awards. Although I didn’t bring home the trophy, I am incredibly proud of how far this little business has come.
Running a business is not easy. There are challenges, long days and plenty of moments where you question yourself, but there are also moments like this that remind you why you started.
First and foremost, I thank God my Heavenly Father for this amazing opportunity and for opening the doors that have allowed me to build something I truly love.
To this hunk of a husband that has been my biggest supporter and my rock from the start and also my two amazing boys thats been rooting for me every day
To all my amazing clients, thank you. Your trust, support, referrals and encouragement mean more than you know. You are a huge part of this journey.
I also want to sincerely congratulate every finalist and the winner Open Air Adventure Flights It is such an honour to stand alongside so many incredible local businesses. Tonight is about celebrating everyone who has worked hard to build something they are passionate about.
I’m walking away feeling incredibly grateful, proud and blessed.
Helping this legend of a woman stay doing what she loves.
Between hockey, CrossFit, and sailing, her body is always being challenged. Today’s session focused on manual therapy and dry needling to release tight calves, improve shoulder mobility, and keep her moving at her best.
Recovery is just as important as training. A few needles, some hands-on treatment, plenty of movement… and, of course, a good chat along the way.
Here’s to keeping strong, moving well, and getting back out there ready for the next session.

Today Muscle Focused Therapy celebrates its 2nd birthday.
What an incredible two years it has been. Full of learning, growth, challenges, and so many opportunities. I’m so grateful for where this journey has taken me and excited to see what the future holds.
